Making a purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier, just browse our store and add products you wish to purchase to your basket. Please be sure to give FULL contact details to include address/Tel and email. Also the make of car, and the year/engine code/chassis no. This should give us all the info we need to sort your order without a problem.
Shipping and Handling
Orders are usually dispatched within 2 days of purchase, unless item is special order or we have no stock then please allow 21 days for delivery. We send all our parts recorded delivery. We DO NOT send parts any other way. By sending recorded you the customer have a guarantee that you get the items quickly and without any problems. This also means that we, the seller, can keep track of all our orders without a hitch.

RETURNS
Un-wanted goods for return must be notified to us via email within 7 days of receipt. We reserve the right to refuse returns if notified outside this period. We may not be able to accept back non-faulty goods that have been supplied to your specific order or damaged during transit or fitting. Items being returned by you MUST be returned in its original packaging, and must be in RE-SELLABLE as new condition, or a refund will not be given. Some special order items correctly supplied may not be returnable depending on the manufacturer’s policy on returns.
Where goods are alleged to be defective, the purchaser agrees to return such goods for inspection and report (without us replacing the said goods prior to such inspection). The purchaser also accepts that it is reasonable to inform us of any interruption, defect or other failure prior to contacting independent third parties or incurring expense and, in addition, to allow us to remedy the defect, failure or interruption.
Please note you may get differences in ride height to that quoted due to many factors for example : car already has after-market springs fitted, springs have sagged due to wear and tear. Your purchased springs may need time to settle to reflect the final ride height.
WARRANTIES & GUARANTEES
All guarantees for products are provided entirely by the manufacturers and are subject to their terms and conditions. If you wish to pursue a warranty claim we shall act on your behalf and shall treat all claims as a matter of urgency. Some goods will need to be returned directly to the manufacturer, some will need to be returned to us. If a manufacturer decides that a warranty claim is not valid then we will not be liable for any compensation. We will not accept any liability for any labour costs involved in a warranty claim or responsible for postal costs incurred on any warranty claim.
Damaged items and shortages
Your bought items should be inspected for damage as soon as you get them. Any damaged items must be reported within 3 days of receipt.
In the unlikely event of you receiving damaged goods we can arrange for return of the product and either replacement with like for like item or a full refund.
Backorders/Special orders
Please note Special Orders CANNOT be cancelled. All special orders are to be paid for in full at time of ordering, and an approximate delivery date will be given. You will be advised when an item is SPECIAL ORDER ONLY at time of order processing by Email/Phone, so remember to include your full contact details.
Complaints
If you have a cause for complaint then please email us, we will do our very best to resolve the matter fairly and honestly.
We are suppliers of mainly non-standard items. This means that, by their very nature, the parts we supply may not be a straightforward DIY fit. In some cases, modifications or adaptations may be required to achieve an acceptable fit. We therefore recommend that parts we supply should be fitted by a qualified mechanic.
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We only use the information we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).
These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. Transactions are governed by British Law and any dispute in transactions will be settled by British Law.
